DECO Diving warrants to the original purchaser for a period of time, specified below for each product, from the date of purchase that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided that it receives normal use, proper care and prescribed dealer service.

Please retain your original dated sales receipt for your records. For warranty service of your DECO Product you will need to provide a copy of your dated sales receipt obtained from an Authorised DECO Dealer to confirm warranty status. When you purchased your DECO product through an Authorised DECO Dealer, their receipt serves as your proof of purchase.

Warranty Details

*LIMITED LIFETIME REGULATOR WARRANTY

DECO Diving guarantees, to the original owner of the regulator only, that DECO regulators are free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational scuba use for the lifetime of the regulator, provided proper care and maintenance have been performed as prescribed by the owner’s manual included with the equipment, and that the regulator is:

1. Purchased from an Authorised DECO Dealer.
2. Inspected or serviced annually by an Authorised DECO Dealer. ONLY products purchased from Authorised DECO Dealers are eligible for ANY warranty coverage. Products not purchased from an authorised source MAY NOT be authentic, be complete, have old design and production updates, meet DECO performance and quality standards, and may have been tampered with.

DECO Diving will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any warranted component or replacement part that is defective in materials or workmanship. Repair or replacement is DECO’s only responsibility and your only remedy under this warranty.

**Wings 5 year warranty

EXCEPTIONS

1. The outer bag colours, even black, will fade in time, especially if subjected to strong sunlight.
2. The inner bag is not covered against punctures as these are only caused by mis-use.
3. Wings used by dive charters or schools.

DECO Diving guarantees, to the original purchaser only, that the equipment purchased is free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational scuba use, provided proper care and maintenance have been performed as prescribed by the owner’s guide or instruction card included with the equipment for the period outlined below. Should this product prove to be defective for any reason (other than those listed as limitations below) the product will be serviced or replaced at DECO Diving’s sole discretion at no charge (excluding shipping and handling).

This warranty shall be void if the equipment has been tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by DECO to perform service, or if the equipment is used for rental, military or commercial purposes.

Exclusions

Warranty does not extend to cover theft, loss, or damage due to accident, abuse, tampering, lack of maintenance, or exposure to excessive temperature, extended sunlight, or deteriorating chemicals. Service or modifications by any person or persons other than an Authorised DECO Dealership voids the warranty. DECO will not be responsible for recovery or replacement of the product in the event of loss or theft. DECO, its Authorised International Distributors, and Authorised Dealers make no other warranties, either expressed or implied, orally, or in writing, with respect to any other warranty coverage except those expressly stated within the preceding paragraphs. DECO will not be held responsible for any agreements orally or in writing with the exception of those expressly included in this warranty statement. This statement and the terms contained herein supersede all statements contained in any and all owner’s guides, instruction cards, or other equipment literature or catalogs. In no event will DECO, its Authorised International Distributors, and Authorised Dealers be held responsible or liable for any personal injuries resulting from the use of the covered equipment, or for any other damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential; even if DECO has been advised of such damages.
